From May 1 until the date of arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refundable. Full payment for the room is due one (1) month prior to arrival (June 1, 2022)

PYA Package is $200.00 after PAA Refund of $250.00 (for Paid PYA Members)

The PAA and PYA have been working together to develop an itinerary filled with experiences to leave both youth and adult attendees with memories for years to come.  The excursion package includes a full week of activities, and transportation to each scheduled event for all event attendees

Package Price:

--PAA Member Early Bird Price: $450.00 (per person for PAA members) 

--PYA Member Early Bird Price: $450.00 per person for PYA members*

--Children 12 and Under per person $200.00 (no price change)

--Children 2 and Under per person (FREE).  Must be registered online

*Once you purchase a package, register as a hotel guest and attend the excursion, the PAA will refund the PYA member $250.00 for their package cost. That brings the package price down to $200.00.  The excursion includes seven days of activities, several meals and so much more.   Stay tuned for further details on youth reimbursement offerings.  OVER 70 PYA MEMBERS HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED!!!

OPTIONAL EVENTS:  You have the chance to now sign up for five optional events online until June 21:  Winery Tour at Manousakis Winery ($25.00 a person); Safari Jeep Tour ($45.00 per person); Dance Workshops (Three Free Sessions throughout the week and available to anyone 6 years and older); Music Workshops--Only Mandolin and Laouto Lessons are currently open.  Lyra lessons are now FULL (3 Free of charge lessons but limited to ten people); Senso Club Night (for PYA members over the age of 18).  Just follow the prompts on the registration page to purchase the optional events if you are interested in any or all of them.

We have a limited amount of single tickets available to purchase ONLINE by June 21. CLICK HERE for Limited Single Ticket sales (single ticket sales DO NOT include any transportation).

The Glendi event in Merona (July 4) and the Glendi event in Keramia (July 9) are open to the public after 9:30 p.m.  Tickets will be sold at the door after 9:30 p.m. and are first come, first serve.  We cannot guarantee that any single ticket purchases that night will be seated with the PAA Cretan Excursion attendees.

COVID TRAVEL UPDATES:

Greece's restrictions for COVID 19 have been constantly evolving since early 2020. It is very difficult to predict what they will require by the summer of 2022. Last year they relaxed the restrictions as summer season began and while that may very well be the case this summer, this is something we cannot guarantee. Since the start of COVID (and as far as we can interpret from the link below) you can still enter the country with a negative COVID test results or by showing your vaccination status. The link below is from the US Embassy in Greece and covers travel to and from Greece. We suggest you read the document and make your own determination. FYI most all our events and activities other than the Museums will be at outdoor venues. Also, as you may already know, we are offering full refunds for cancellations before April 30. You may have a better feel where they are headed with the restrictions by then.  AS OF MAY 2, 2022, Covid Protocals into Greece have been updated and DO NOT REQUIRE A TEST TO ENTER THE COUNTRY.  Click on the link below from the travel.gov.gr to read the latest information needed.  Returning to the United States currently still requires a Covid test for re-entry.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18:

The PAA Excursion committee has determined that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend the Excursion in Crete.  All participants must sign the Waiver of Liability when registering.  Please plan accordingly when making your arrangements.  Questions?  Email us at excursion22@gmail.com
